Title: SIP devices can't make or receive calls User impact: Users may be unable to make or receive call using SIP devices. More info: Once a SIP device attempts to perform its next synchronization, the device will disconnect. Users will be unable to log back into those devices and therefore can't make or receive calls using those SIP devices. Calling functionality using the Microsoft Teams web and desktop clients, or Teams Phone Devices are not impacted. Current status: We’ve identified the underlying root cause and we are working on developing a fix. Scope of impact: This issue could impact any SIP device. Current status: After reviewing telemetry data, we’ve identified the source of the issue and have narrowed our investigation to the specific conditions contributing to the impact. We’re now assessing the most effective mitigation options and determining the actions required to restore normal service as quickly and safely as possible. Current status: We’ve confirmed that affected town halls are successfully created and published with registration disabled as intended. However, the attendee experience isn’t honoring this setting and users continue to be directed to a registration page. We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and determine our next troubleshooting steps.
